Pierre-Yves Lambert - President of Qualisteo
EM Lyon graduate, Pierre-Yves Lambert also serves as a representative for Emeraude Energy. A seasoned entrepreneur in the energy and green technology sectors, he began his journey in renewable energy in 2007. Over the past 13 years, he has invested in multiple greentech companies. Lambert served as Qualisteo’s CEO from 2011 to 2013, where he was the company’s first investor, and he resumed his role as President in January 2017 following a leadership transition.
Today, Pierre-Yves Lambert is also the Managing Director of TSE, a leading developer of photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects. TSE has established itself as one of France's primary solar energy producers, making a substantial contribution to the country’s energy transition.
Élodie Bondi - CEO of Qualisteo
She holds a Master's degree in International Law and Strategic Management from EDHEC Business School. Driven by a passion for energy transition, she has been engaged in sustainable development since 2008. Her career began at a startup co-founded by Senator Pierre Laffitte, the founder of Sophia Antipolis, where she helped develop solar thermal sensors for urban heating networks.
In 2014, Élodie joined Qualisteo as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), guiding the company through periods of growth and managing key phases following venture capital funding.
In 2017, her expertise and achievements led her to take on the role of CEO, where she continues to drive Qualisteo’s growth and impact within the energy efficiency sector.
Élodie Bondi is also co-President of French Tech Côte d'Azur, a board member of the Capenergies Competitiveness Cluster, and was awarded the rank of Knight in the National Order of Merit by the French Ministry of Energy Transition in June 2023.
